But come to think of it, camps and works are packing my weeks, so do I really have time for these?

But being busy just suits me now, not having much time to think of him and all those stupid stuff.

Thurs-Sat March 26-28
MTC

Thurs 26 March
Met Paige, Haz,Fathin, Sean & Gerald to makan first before going to MTC at Tm mac. Reach they and everyone of us were separated into different empire :(. And my empire was SURVIVOR!...Hmm...First day started with ice-breaking and some forget call what station games, than scenario walk at night which I think is the most boring part of the camp!
After bathing went techno for supper wif paige haz sean fathin and fathin's friend and after that slack at Lab and me slept at 3 plus.

Fri 27 March
Woke up at 7 plus. Was SUPER tired, coz din really manage to sleep. But the day started with a blast wif morning PT which is Xi shua shua dance. Really love the dance very much and the dance was super cute!
Than games and games.
At night there was night walk, and again the usual me, didn't go for the night walk =P.
Slept at 3 plus, and this time after a while, already in la la land.

Sat 28 March
Me haz & paige woke up at around 7.40am and OMGG everyone was waiting for us already! Haha...Ok, so chop chop wash up! And this morning PT dance was cancelled due to someone lost something and have to have bag search :(
Here's the hightlight: After breakfast at short circuit, everyone started to cheer together, and I lead them in one cheer too with Cas and Francis! Haha...Cause was super duper tired, so told myself have to hype up and get high!
So was final clash after that and the sun was SUPER HOT! Sunburnt!

Than debrief at like 3 plus. The video made by publicity was super duper nice! Haha...

And AMS : Me and Paige got best mentor! And Sheihk got the Most ra ra LL! Woo...Ams ROCKS!

Why ever do they want to split FO people up, WTH rule is this? I don't care, I just want to be AMS mentor NO other course, other wise think I will go home! Haha...

Overall: This camp was a BLAST!

Tuesday March 24

Went to watch movie wif the class, and we split.

9 of us watched "Hotel For Dog" and the rest(5 of them) watched "Coming Soon".

Love "Hotel For Dog" nice show for dogs lover, the dogs are soooooo cute lar, can.

Hmm...after that went to nebbo to play games, super fun :) Everyone was super high, esp the "ugly ugly"

Anaemia(贫血）

Been having anaemia since quite long le, and was not really bother by it since at most I only have it happen like once a year? But went to research on it cause scared that it will be affected by drinking alcohol. And here's what I found. And I was super sian by the result, coz I really love drinking.

What is anaemia?
Anaemia is a condition which occurs when you have an abnormally low amount of red blood cells. Red blood cells contain haemoglobin, a red pigment which gives blood its colour. The job of haemoglobin is to carry oxygen around the body. When red blood cells and therefore haemoglobin are low the blood fails to supply the body's tissues with sufficient amounts of oxygen. As your lungs and heart will then have to work harder to get oxygen into the blood, symptoms of anaemia, such as difficulty in breathing will begin to develop.
Anaemia mainly affects women during pregnancy or women who suffer with heavy periods.

What causes anaemia?
There is not usually one cause of anaemia, however, the following are reasons why anaemia may develop:
* Heavy periods.
* Diet low in iron.
* Internal bleeding, for example if you have an ulcer or a tumour.
* Diet low in vitamin B12 or folic acid.
* Blood diseases such as leukaemia.
* Infections, such as malaria.
(Hmm, I dun really know why I'm having Anaemia sia)

What are the different types of anaemia?
The main types of anaemia are caused by shortages of iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid, all of which are needed (among other things) to produce red blood cells, so if one or more of these are missing or running low then anaemia will develop.

What symptoms are linked with anaemia?
As anaemia causes a shortage of oxygen, the main symptom is usually chronic tiredness and palpitations. Other symptoms you may get could include:
* Pale appearance
* Shortness of breath and dizziness
* Fainting
* Angina
* A red, sore tongue and a reduced sense of taste, this is usually only a symptom with folic acid and vitamin B12 deficiency anaemia.

Is there anything I can do to avoid becoming anaemic?
To avoid getting anaemia you should stick to a healthy balanced diet(more fruit, vegetables, bread, cereals, potatoes, and pasta) and ensure you eat food that contains good sources of iron, folic acid and vitamin B12. You should also cut down on alcohol consumption(Hmm, how am I going to train my drinking?). If you are a strict vegetarian you should take vitamin B12 supplements to avoid deficiency.

What happens if anaemia is left untreated?
If anaemia is left untreated your symptoms will get worse and you may become very tired and weak, you may also develop angina or suffer with leg pains when walking. The body's ability to fight infection may also be weakened so you may find you pick up infections more easily.

Hope it wun happen in the upcoming camps like it happened during the e-guides training camp.

Boredom!

Holiday is boring.

Pack and clean the dust of my room, now is neat and clean :)
Hmm...But how long will it last?

Staying at home only make me eat more and more, how sia, I'm suppose to be trying to lose weight. Most of the time aftre eating, juz thought of digging everytime and vomit it out, but know that it will only make my health go to worse.

And I sucks, drank less than one bottle of hooch only on wed and already feel like vomiting and dizziness, lucky in the end own the way home ok liao. Does having anaemia affects 酒量? Ok, really need to go train my 酒量.(Anyone know how?)

Currently thinking and I depressed? Am I in depression? Lol...Somethings are just troubling me.

Haiz tml is otc refresh2, not really looking forward to it, doubt I'm going, currently having stupid flu, tink will just play safe and stay at home ba, can pack my wardrobe too.

Really feel like asking him out, and just cry in front of him like nobody's business.

(Sorry really need to vent it out. And 1st time so many vulgar from me)

Super pissed off lar, KNN do I need ppl to tell me what to do? If I have nvr been a programmer or be to any camp IN TP fine, I will be accepting it. But now comparing to you, who have like think been to ams week 1 orientation and ams sub-com camp AS PARTICIPANT ONLY, IN TP?

Saying tht "I am not expecting my plan to be implemented just because I did it" you are actually wanting your plan to be used deep inside of you loh, 口是心非. KNN, not happy than yesterday meeting just shoot arh, no need email one ma.

Said that you take up the games because you have taken part in water games in NTU, TMD, u already say liao, NTU, or if you have forgotten, TMD YOU ARE CURRENTLY IN TP, ok. Also, you have an certain level of understanding the limitations of water-bourn activities owing to your experience in swimming and waterpolo, TMD, this is AMS week1 ORIENTATION, not swimming or waterpolo training camp.

Or is there some problem with "age-gap"?

Reason for not accepting your plans:
1. As I has said not everyone will have swimsuit, so you said encourage them to buy if they don't have. You think what everyone like you so rich arh, buy one swimsuit just for this camp? Than if those really don't have and don't want to buy one? Don't allow them to play?

2. Buffer time will be needed for the freshie to change into the swimsuit, and it is very hard to squeeze the time out for them, cause they will confirm take their own sweet time. Unless you purposely want to delay the camp arh.

3. After the game, everyone will be fully drenched and the final clash only have about one wet wet station games. You want them get sick?

4. Clearing time will be needed and final clash will be right after wet game. You want to clear up alone?

5. Weather is unpredictable, and because your games cnt find wet-weather location, so double log items have to be prepared. And if we straight away use the wet-weather wet games, no log items will be wasted.

Dare to say u have more camp experience than me in being a programmer or even in TP camps? TMD.

If you ever see or hear this, and not happy, come find me lar.

Seriously, regretted agreeing to be assisstant program IC for this AMS orientation week1 camp. Having to face this kind of people, and so much of restriction... ...Really missed being programmer for leadership, oct MTC/orientation and e-guides training camp.

Right now, just feel like sms-ing him and asked him out to talk to him and pei me. Haiz, but tink he is busy, and I NEED TO CONTROL MYSELF.

Is there anything that can let be get numb for a longer time than alcohol?

Bored

Holiday been boring, tink I'm not using my holiday wisely.

Sat & Sun been working, nth much.
Super irritated by custormers asking for discounts. Especially got one aunty yesterday, her daughter bought this bag which is $35.90, and the aunty keep asking for $30, you think what, bugis street arh, some more ask for $30 still want free one clothes, no money dun buy arh. IRRITATING.

4 more days til there will be work again. Bored, gonna to pack my wardrobe and room, and learn to put fake eyelashes.

Result Sucks

Results are out, was at orchard shopping and received sms of results.

Totally spoil my mood arh, though my worst subject was C which is like better thn last Sem D, but best was only a B which was like drop frm A+. IT SUCKS, TOTALLY SUCKS.

And my GPA drop 0.05:(

How am I going to pull up my GPA?....When heard that next sem will be more tough.

Hiaz! I really want a good attachment sia, how am I able to choose a good attachment I want with this kind of GPA?

Continuing with my life

No matter what life goes on. I'm going for a change, and hopes that life will be better.

I'm going to buy eyelashes and learn how to put it on, and also learn how to put eyeliner, so next time when you see me don't get a shock, haha.

I'm going to 减肥. Going to learn swimming, need to get tanner and hopes that it will help to slim down too.

Results for main-exam are not out yet, but hope that I will get the results that I want, and I will work hard for next semester and I will try not to skip any lessons including lectures, but hope that next semester timetable most of the days don't start too early.

Going to continue working even when semester starts, cause if other people with commitments can do it, I can do it too. Need to save money, want to open chalet for my 18th birthday, I want it to be a crazy one. Other than that, I want to learn dance, hope that it is not too late, I want to take up jazz dance, the movements are so nice, so before that must slim down, so that can look nicer when dance.

Trying to keep myself busy, making myself be occupied so that I wun have the time to have thoughts, so hope that this 2 weeks faster pass cause after that will be camps, meetings and works to keep myself busy.
Been thinking, 我们还会是朋友吗？那如果是的话，又会是怎样的朋友？ Or am I just a passerby?

Wed - Fri March 4-6
Class Chalet

Wednesday, 4 March
Took 2.30 shuttle bus in wif jm, simin and wai kit. And the nicest thing was that sms rizuan and there are no one in the chalet and everyone was at TM-_-. So went to the clubhse to slack, and lucky there was internet access there.

Waited and finally they are back. Went to the chalet. O and the chalet was at NSRCC, my fav chalet though it was super ulu. So like some "tourist" of the chalet, went around the chalet taking pics. And the first thing the rest did was to SET UP MAHJHONG!...Haha. And slowly more people came.

At 7 plus, those going night cycling, we walked to east coast park to rent bicycle. We walked til 8plus going 9 which is like damn far thn managed to get our bicycle, SUPER FAR ARH. Thn back to chalet to makan, hehe.

Waited til like 1am plus thn NIGHT CYCLING. And the plan is to cycle to changi village. Took double bike wif robyn, stupid him keep scaring me arh.-_-. Cycled the length of the runway and now all of us know the length of the runway. Haha. And thanks to hadi, when reached changi village almost fell down, but lucky manage to try to not to fall down.:) So slack than makan, drink. O...and I went to toilet alone and saw one "ahem" in the toilet lar, like WTH, so unlucky. After tht went to changi beach to slack and to wait for fatfat. Thn the way back to chalet, like around 5am-6am? Forgotten liao. JUST LOVE THE WIND OF NIGHT CYCLING.

And could'nt tahan to wait for the 10.15 shuttle bus le, so called cab and back home at 7 plus.:)

Thursday, 5 March
Took the 5pm shuttle bus into the chalet, and because it was raining, BBQ started quite late. So slck around, BBQ-ed and some of us was stuck in front of the tv watching "Don't forget the lyrics". Haha...At 10 plus 11 plus some of us packed up the place and some fork and chopstick were missing, and it was found in the trash bin.-_-.

Night activitiy: Movie.
At 1am plus, most of them watched "Shuttle" accept me, jm,daryl, where we watched spongebob and mind ur language in the room using woody's laptop. Haha.

Friday, 6 March
Nothing much, slept at 7am plus and woke up at 9am plus. Thn pack and check-out, and stupid rizuan and robyn faked us by saying tht we have to pay $50 for checking-out late-_-. Was tired and so din join the rest for breakfast.

I just love NSRCC chalet, how I wish that the chalet will be my future house,Haha. And love that location, cause its so near the runway and every few minutes can hear or see a plane fly over.

On the way back of night cycling, was cycling alone, and just start thinking of you. Is this life what I really want?
